Corporate Sales Manager

Key Objective

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Corporate Sales Manager to drive revenue growth, identify new business opportunities, and effectively promote products, solutions, and services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strategic partnerships and ensuring mutually beneficial cooperation with clients and partners.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development:

  • Drive and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand market reach.
  • Identify and engage potential clients through phone, email, and in-person meetings.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers by understanding their business needs.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities.

Account & Pipeline Management:

  • Manage and develop a robust sales pipeline and convert leads into opportunities.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts and performance reports.
  • Maintain control over accounts receivable and ensure timely collection of payments.
  • Support contract preparation, negotiation, and follow-up.

Client Engagement & Representation:

  • Lead client meetings and deliver compelling presentations and proposals.
  • Ensure high-level representation of the company in all interactions.
  • Monitor relevant tender platforms and report on opportunities to leadership.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with the team leader and contribute to strategic planning.

Internal Collaboration & Compliance:

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment on goals and execution.
  • Attend product and solution trainings and obtain relevant certifications.
  • Adhere to company standards and contribute to maintaining a positive company image.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with internal policies and industry standards.

Qualifications & Skills

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business, Marketing, or a related field).

Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in IT sales or a related field.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Project).
  • Basic understanding of logistics processes is a plus.
  • Familiarity with business risk assessment documents and ISO standards is an advantage (ISO 9001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, ISO 27001:2013).

Languages:

  • Fluency in Azerbaijani (written and verbal).
  • Good command of Russian and English (both written and verbal).
